Marketing Event and Partner Manager (gn)

Your mission
Wandelbots develops an easy-to-use software platform that enables its users to easily integrate their robotics shop floor into their IT and OT environment. As part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for the project management and support of all customer facing events including tradeshows, conferences and on-sites. In your role as partner marketing manager, you will work closely with marketing teams from Microsoft, NVIDIA and EY to name a few.

As a Marketing Event and Partner Manager you will
  • Ensure smooth operations across multiple teams collaborating on bringing Wandelbots events to life
  • Facilitate inputs from multiple stakeholders across Wandelbots and our partners
  • Diligently manage events like a project, creating and overseeing project plans, budget, teams and stakeholders
  • Continuously improving and establishing processes to make event preparation more predictable and repeatable
  • Work closely with our partners to shape and communicate a shared message across multiple channels making sure it aligns with Wandelbots strategy and supports our strong bond with our partners

Your profile
Mindset & Soft Skills
  • High motivation, curiosity, and hands-on mentality
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured but pragmatic approach
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
  • Team player with the ability to get work done
  • German (B2+) and English (B2+) language skills
  • Ability to work regularly onsite in Dresden (2–3 days/week) combined with flexibility
 
 Experience and Hard Skills
  • Several years of experience in (event) project and stakeholder management
  • Experience in working with cross-functional departments, a plus if you have managed co-marketing initiatives with partner companies before
  • Strong sense and understanding of B2B marketing, a plus if you have worked in manufacturing industry before
  • Strong sense of effort vs. outcome mentality
