Your mission
As a Scrum Master/ Agile Coach at Wandelbots, your mission is to enhance team collaboration, streamline project workflows through effective JIRA management and cultivate an environment conducive to efficient communication and tracking of KPIs, Epics and stories.
Your Responsibilities:Workflow Optimization and Collaboration:
Implement strategies to optimize project workflows, ensuring smooth collaboration among team members
Foster an environment that promotes effective communication and collaboration across different teams
JIRA Automation and Management:
Leverage JIRA to automate and enhance project management processes
Ensure efficient use of JIRA for tracking Epics, stories, and team progress, providing real-time insights
Team Dynamics Enhancement:
Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers
Actively communicate with engineering management, product management and other relevant teams

2017 founded, Wandelbots employs more than 100 people from 14 countries today. From our headquarters in Dresden Germany, we are giving our heart and soul to follow our mission, to empower everybody to easily work with robots.
