• You possess fluency in both German and English, coupled with proficiency in utilizing HR management tools like HRlab or Personio, active sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, and Process Automation Tools like Docusign or Leapsome.

• You're a proactive problem-solver with a pragmatic approach to HR processes, comfortable working with external partners such as tax advisors or the Agentur für Arbeit.

• You're adept at handling HR responsibilities autonomously, from payroll to project management. While doing so, you excel in refining processes to improve efficiency.

• You take ownership of recruitment tasks, collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent and promote our employer brand. Your efforts contribute to building a diverse and talented team aligned with our company values.

• Proficient in managing HR systems and databases, you leverage data analysis to generate insights for HR reporting and collaborate with various departments on resource management projects.
