Your mission
As Community Manager – Developer Platform, you will be at the forefront of our mission to democratize the robotics industry.
You will develop and lead our initiatives to build and nurture a thriving developer community around our unique developer platform and tools focused on software and automation engineers that build robot and automation projects. Your tasks will include engaging with and creating a deep understanding of your unique audience and handling aspects of product marketing towards it.

- Develop and implement strategies to build and grow an engaged developer community, including a channel strategy to foster a collaborative environment where members can share, learn, and connect
- Organize and participate in digital and in-person community events, webinars, forums, and social media platforms to facilitate discussions and share knowledge
- Act as a liaison between the community and our product teams, gathering feedback, and insights to drive continuous product improvement.
- Analyze community feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and advocate for community needs and contribute to product roadmap discussions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align community initiatives with broader marketing goals
- Monitor and report on community engagement and growth metrics.
